With the vision of making the clubhouse a visual focal point and a memorable landmark for the SUBTHAWEE residential project, the design team crafted a structure that stands out both in form and function. The clubhouse features a raised roofline, creating an open and airy atmosphere that enhances natural ventilation, maximizes airflow, and welcomes daylight into the interior spaces. Natural materials are thoughtfully integrated with steel elements to convey both warmth and modernity.

The swimming pool is designed as an indoor facility, allowing residents to enjoy it throughout the day in all weather conditions. Adjacent to the pool is a welcoming reception hall, while the second floor houses a fitness room. This space utilizes floor-to-ceiling glass as a primary material, offering panoramic views of the lush garden and swimming pool. The open views create a serene and refreshing environment, enriching the user experience with both comfort and aesthetic appeal.
